Deakin Design is a refined outdoor transformation focused on converting an underutilised external area into a functional and visually cohesive living space.
The project involved the construction of a roofed outdoor structure with a fully clad underside, delivering a clean, architectural finish while providing effective weather protection. The design transitions into an open arbor structure, creating a balanced connection between covered and open-air zones, allowing natural light and ventilation while maintaining structure and form.
The space is enhanced with decorative outdoor tiling, providing a durable and low-maintenance surface suited to everyday use and entertaining. Wall-mounted screening elements have been incorporated to improve privacy and introduce texture, contributing to the overall design aesthetic.
