Griffith Edition

Griffith Edition is a refined residential upgrade designed to elevate both functionality and outdoor living, combining premium materials with architecturally integrated structures.

The project features the installation of a Stratco Sunroof louvred pergola system positioned on a second-storey elevation, creating a versatile, all-weather outdoor space with adjustable louvre control. Beneath, a Blackbutt hardwood deck has been constructed to deliver a warm, natural contrast to the modern aluminium structure, enhancing the overall aesthetic and usability of the elevated area.

At ground level, a second Stratco Sunroof louvred pergola has been installed in the poolside zone, paired with a low-maintenance Ekodeck composite deck. This space has been designed to provide a durable, weather-resistant entertaining area with a clean, contemporary finish.

Additional works included the replacement of an existing rendered retaining wall along the rear easement, improving both structural integrity and visual presentation. The project was completed with minor landscaping works, ensuring seamless integration between built elements and the surrounding environment.
